The Capital Grill is best known for its award winning aged beef, and of course that incredible wine list that features more than five thousand bottles. The American Culinary Federation gave them the Achievement of Excellence Award, and that says a lot. We recommend this restaurant for a fine dining experience, particularly for romantic dates. Weber Grill has several locations throughout the Chicagoland area, but we love the Lombard location the best. They're known for having the best steaks, barbecue, and burgers, and there is no question about that! CLAM JUMPER RESTAURANT
If you love steaks, the huge portions at Clam Jumper will blow your mind! There's something here for everybody, including younger kids, and even the vegetarians in your group, and those who have to eat gluten free. UNCLE JULIO'S
Uncle Julio's is fine Mexican cuisine at its best. We love their Plato Gordo, Ensalada Especial, and of course those swirled margaritas! Ceviche Royale is an essential, as is the carne asada. It's true that this one is more of a chain restaurant, with locations across the country. But if you ask us, the Lombard location is the best.

GREEK ISLANDS RESTAURANT WEST
There's no reason to actually travel to the Greek islands for an authentic Greek dining experience... you can have that right in your own neck of the woods in Lombard. Greek Island Restaurant West is the counterpart to the familiar downtown location, and they've got all the traditional decor and fabulous Mediterranean delicacies here too. Wonderful saganaki, octopus, and of course those fabulous stuffed grape leaves!

PUNKY'S PUB
Looking for a great pub in the Lombard area? Look no further. Punky's is it. There are always great looking crowds here who love to have a good time, and a staff who takes the time to make sure that everybody is served and happy. Great bar food and drinks, a well-stocked juke box with all the hits, and incredible food specials to help you go light on your wallet and still fill up. Good stuff!

Everybody loves Famous Dave's! We often stop in just to pick up some of Famous Dave's barbecue sauce, marinade, or rib rub, but it's tough to do that without sticking around for a full meal! It's so delicious. Best barbecue in the area, hands down. You can't go wrong with anything here--award-winning ribs, sandwiches, fish, burgers, chicken... It's all good.

JT'S PORCH SALOON & EATERY
Going strong since 2002 and showing no signs of slowing down! We love the cozy porch here, and the events always keep it jumping, from karaoke to live bands, and so much more. We love the slabs of barbecue ribs, and the fries and coleslaw here are so good they ought to be illegal. Cute and friendly bartenders, and a great place to catch the game or a UFC fight!

TAYLOR BREWING CO
Taylor Brewing Company is great for their beers, and they also offer delivery off their carryout menu via Take Out Taxi. We come here mostly for their fabulous burgers, though they've got much more to offer than just that! Our favorites: Poblano Burger with poblano pepper sauce and Chihuahua cheese... Bleu Cheeseburger with fresh bleu cheese... and Brew Pub Burger with bacon, sauteed onions, cheese, and their mouth watering mushroom, onion, and cherry wine sauce. It's to die for.
