PIZZA HOUSE
We love Pizza House for a quick lunch! They've got lunch specials that will really make your mouth water, available from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM for between five and seven dollars. They include Italian beef, BBQ beef, beef and sausage combo, Italian sausage, meatball, Polish sausage, two hot dogs, five chicken tenders, ham and cheese, and of course their famous pizza bread! You can add cheese for just 75 cents, or add peppers, onions, mushrooms, giardinera peppers, or sweet peppers for just 50 cents! And of course that delicious nacho cheese is only 75 cents extra! So good!

WHEY CHAI CHINESE RESTAURANT
Whey Chai Chinese Restaurant specializes in Mandarin and Cantonese cuisine, with all your favorites including egg foo young, fried rice, chop suey, chow mein, and all with your choice of seafood, veggies, poultry, pork, and beef. They've got some wonderful unique items like Chicken Velvet which consists of sliced chicken, snow peas, mushrooms, and a white sauce. The Gold Coin Scallops are another one of our favorites!

PITSTOP
Pitstop is a cozy neighborhood bar where you can kick back with friends and enjoy some great drinks. They're good and strong, never watered down, and they won't cost you an arm and a leg either, which of course means that you can drink longer into the evening and still stay within that budget! Very good bloody marys here! The bartenders are very friendly and happy to converse with you. Just an all around great bar!

FRITZ'S CORNER
Fritz's Corner is literally a corner bar, conveniently located on Green Bay Road in Zion. Whenever we're in the area we find it just too easy to stop and have a quick shot and a beer before heading to our final destination of the evening. The beers on draft are good selections, and the bottles of beer are always perfectly ice cold just the way we like them. Cheap drinks and shots too! Very friendly bartender. Love this place.

APPLEBEE'S NEIGHBORHOOD GRILL & BAR
We don't often recommend chain restaurants, but Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar in Zion just happens to be one of our favorite haunts in the area. The bartenders and waitresses are very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is cool and relaxed. It can get a little loud and boistrous in the later evening hours, which we love! Great food and cool seasonal specials that give you a good reason to stop in time and time again.

IT'S ALL GOOD COFFEE ESPRESSO & DELI
Forget that "other" coffee place that's so overrated... It's All Good Coffee Espresso & Deli is a unique coffee shop that has so much to offer you. We love the English cottage style building that it's housed within. Walking through the gates to the front door just warms you up for a wonderful experience every time. The inside is just as classy as the outdoor seating area, and the service is equally old fashioned and wonderful. Their coffee is organic, fair trade, bird friendly, and environmentally friendly. Our favorite is the white chocolate mocha blended java! Very highly recommended.

BILL'S CUSTARD
Bill's Custard has so much more than just custard! They've got hamburgers, Mexican food, delicious soup, fresh bread, great drinks... It's a low key experience with all the food being served in styrofoam rather than real plates, but really that's part of the charm of this little snack shop. Wonderful place to take the kids or just gather with friends for some laid back conversation over a variety of quick foods. Love it!

TONY'S PIZZA
Tony's Pizza is pretty much just a carryout joint, but we always make sure to order something from here when we're in the area. The pizzas are good, but we're big on the pasta and appetizers. You will really love the low prices and the friendly service when you pick up that pie. Just a basic pizzeria with no frills whatsoever, but that's just the way we like it!

POTESTA'S PIZZA & PASTA
Potesta's Pizza & Pasta has been serving the Zion area since 1975, with all their fabulous Italian specialties. Many come in for their famous pizza, but they've got just about everything here, including appetizers, soups, sandwiches, chicken, ribs, shrimp, salads, calzones, and desserts. They also cater, and we'd say they're an excellent choice for any of your private parties! Very friendly service and everything is served piping hot and delicious!

LUNG FUNG RESTAURANT
When you want some cheap Chinese takeout in the Zion area, you cannot beat Lung Fung. The prices are low, and we mean low, and yet the food is hot, fresh, high qualtiy, and delicious! There's nothing fancy going on here, just a small friendly restaurant with really good food. And we love it! Try the chop suey, chow mein, and egg rolls. Everything is fantastic.
