Medieval Times had to be the first restaurant on our list, because there's nowhere else to get this kind of experience. You can purchase tickets on The restaurant is in a reproduction eleventh century castle, and your dinner is served in pewter goblets and dishes, and you have to eat with your hands. There's a performance that you watch which includes jousting and sword-fighting. Our favorite things on the menu are the tomato bisque and spare ribs. Note that they also have a really excellent vegetarian menu that includes incredible portobello mushrooms. Taking a party bus trip to Medieval Times is a truly unique experience.

If you love fabulous wood grilled steaks and seafood, you will definitely want to check out Wildfire. The prices are pretty reasonable considering the high quality of food that you get here! They've been pleasing visitors since 2003 with their nice decor and fine service. If you're looking for someplace a little more upscale for those special occasions, Wildfire is a very nice choice. They've also got an extensive wine list! Perfect for your special celebrations.

You'll recognize Weber Grill when you're coming down the road in our party bus... it's the restaurant with the giant barbecue grill outside! This is contemporary American food at its best. We love the skirt steak--it's affordable and delicious! The portions are really huge here, so you always have a lot to bring back home with you, stretching your dollar even further. You'll feel like you're really treating yourself here though, because the atmosphere is wonderful and the service is superb. Great for dates and those special occasions like anniversaries and birthdays!

You'll feel like you're stepped into a lovely little restaurant in the heart of Italy, but really you're still here in Schaumburg, enjoying a fine meal at Maggiano's Little Italy. The restaurant is authentic and very nicely decorated. The chef takes the time to prepare everything freshly and with those special touches that make it the best choice for Italian in town. All of the pastas and lasagna are highly recommended! There's not a bad choice on the menu.

Even if you're not into chain restaurants, you're sure to enjoy Bahama Breeze. We love it for its Bahamas-inspired decor that makes you feel like you're eating a tropical meal in a thatched beach hut! The coconut shrimp dinner is delicious, and the fresh pan-seared salmon pasta is another mouthwatering treat. Did we mention the seafood paella? Forget cole slaw--they serve a delicious jicama salad here. We actually go here for the drinks as much as we do for the food. The absolute best in our opinion are the Painkiller (Pusser's Old Navy Rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, fresh orange juice, shaken and served with a sprinkle of nutmeg) and the Pineapple Coconut Martini (Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, pineapple juice, and a splash of grenadine garnished with rum-infused fresh golden pineapple). Love this place!

Upscale. Elegant. Sophisticated. All words that describe Heat Nightclub. We love to go to Heat to celebrate those special events where no other bar will do. There's just a very cool vibe here that you won't find elsewhere in town. There's an outdoor patio so you can get some fresh air during the warm months, and the kitchen stays open late so you can satisfy your appetite after you've got a few drinks in your system.

Stonewood Ale House is that perfect combination of restaurant and bar. There's plenty of space in this cozy establishment, so it's great for groups, and there are plenty of choices for everyone in your party. It's mostly American fare, including steaks, barbecue, seafood, and steaks. The prices are pretty low, and everything tastes fresh and delicious! The music is great too. Lots of great beers and wines too of course!

Dakota's Bar & Grill is such a fun place to hang out. We love it because they've got B96's Dan Morrell and his crew every Tuesday night keeping things jumping. The music is a mix of dance, hip hop, house, and rock. They're open until 4am, so you don't have to clear out at 2am like most bars! Plus there are video games to keep you entertained. Don't judge this book by its cover--the exterior is deceiving. This is one of our favorite bars.

If you like making reservations online, that's one of the perks at Entourage Restaurant. It's a very romantic spot, and very classy for business meetings or get-togethers with friends. There is a fireplace to keep you toasty in the colder months of the year, and live music on Fridays and Saturdays to keep you entertained. It's true that this is one of the most expensive restaurants on our list, but if you're the type who knows that you get what you pay for, then you will definitely want to check this one out. Delicious seafood and steaks, and a great wine list!

Melting Pot Restaurant is excellent for groups. This fondue restaurant is literally made for groups of people to sit and converse with each other while dipping their meats and breads in a shared fondue pot! There's no better way to get to know your friends and forge new bonds. The four course dinner will fill you up and satisfy even the most demanding tastebuds. First dates are fun and flirty here. Very friendly waitstaff and wonderful atmosphere. One of our favorite restaurants, hands down.
