Without further ado, here's what we're commonly asked!
Q. What happens if I go over my time limit?
A. We charge by you by the hour, you are billed in 15 minute increments and only pay for the time you use if you do happen to go over your scheduled time of service.
Q. Is there smoking on the party bus?
A. In order to provide top of the line vehicles and fresh smelling interiors our buses are all smoke free, we're sorry for the inconvenience and we're glad to stop when you need it.
Q. How far do you travel?
A. Unfortunately, our travel radius is limited to Illinois at this moment, but we hope to add more cities soon.
Q. What kind of hours do you operate?
A. We operate 24/7 365 days a year for your benefit, so give us a call if you ever have any questions.
Q. What condition is the bus expected to be in?
A. We would like the buses to be left in the condition they were received, and you can read more about that in our contract.
Q. What area do you guys service?
A. We're happy to service all of Illinois, so if you're looking for service, give us a call.
Q. How do I reserve a party bus?
A. We book rather fast so be sure to call now and we would love to take your reservation with a credit card deposit over the phone.
Q. Are we allowed to drink on the party bus?
A. It wouldn't be a party bus if you couldn't! We encourage you yo drink on the bus as long as you're of legal drinking age.
Q. Will you provide us with alcohol?
A. Unfortunately, Party Bus Chicago does not hold a liquor license so we can not provide you with alcohol. You'll have to bring your own.
Q. Are there any hidden fees for me to pay?
A. Nope! We pride ourselves on being completely honest and transparent as a business, this includes our price which comes with taxes, driver's minimal gratuity, and any other charges included.
Q. Do we have to leave an additional tip?
A. If you feel that your driver went above and beyond his line of duty to insure your fun on the trip, then we encourage you to tip him additionally in any way you see fit.
Q. How do I get something back that I left on the bus?
A. Simply give us a call and we'll get it back to you. Our buses are cleaned after every trip so your belongings will be safe if we find them.
Q. May I visit your office to see the party buses?
A. We encourage you to do so! That way you can pick the exact bus you want to get for your trip!
Q. Do you require a security deposit?
A. Yes we do. You can make the deposit over the phone with a credit card.
