Bachelor Parties are events that men have been thinking about since their moment of engagement. You've surely picked a great city to throw your bachelor party in, as Chicago is one of the best cities to party in. There are unlimited things to do whether you're into nightlife, good food, or great bars! When you're planning a bachelor party for yourself or your best buddy, you want to be able to focus on the entertainment throughout the entire night. This is a guy's last big fling, and the one thing you don't want to have to worry about is the transportation.
There are plenty of transportation solutions that take the driving off your hands, but only one actually adds to the fun of your night on the town, and that's renting a party bus. You can literally keep the on partying and drinking in between every one of your stops. From bar to bar, from club to club, no matter where you go you can keep the party moving. When you're in Chicago looking for a mode of transportation for your bachelor party, be sure to consider a party bus. With a party bus, you won't have to deal with the possibility of having to find a designated driver.
Here are some of our favorite things to do in and around the Chicago area for bachelor parties. You can integrate some or all of these into your party plan for the big night! We'll start with the old standards and then share some truly unique ideas to make your bachelor party memorable! With all of these great options for partying and party buses, you're sure to have an amazing time seeing what Chicago is all about for your bachelor party.
Get That Buzz Going
Of course every guy's main consideration when planning a bachelor party is the choice of alcohol. There's nothing better or faster to remove the stress and strain of the normal working day and bring all the guys into that party vibe. There are two major perks when it comes to renting a party bus. First, you can bring your own alcohol onto the bus and take your party on the road. Beer, wine, liquor, whatever you want. Second, nobody gets stuck being the designated driver! You can get a good strong buzz going before you hit any of the bars, and keep right on drinking in between destinations if you're bar hopping!
Hit the Bars
When you're ready to go bar hopping, you'll want to hit the best ones in Chicago. We love Sound Bar for its wild design and booming music. FunkyBuddha Lounge is another favorite if the guys in your party love to dance, because they're known for their dance floor and great DJ. Galway Arms and Wilde Bar are two of our favorite Irish pubs in the area, both very authentic with delicious food and drinks. And if you love dueling piano bars you'll want to check out Howl at the Moon. You can hit them all in one night if you like, with our limo bus dropping you off at the door of each one and picking you up again when you're ready for the next!
Hit the Strip Clubs
What's better than a bar? A strip club! No bachelor party is complete without some hot strippers. There are plenty of excellent strip clubs in Chicago. Admiral Theatre Strip Club is one that we love for the swanky atmosphere and variety of women. Scores has two locations, downtown and at O'Hare, both with gorgeous strippers, affordable drinks, and rooms for private lap dances. Atlantis (near the Indiana border) makes the list too because of its incredible upscale decor and beautiful women. You can't go wrong taking your bachelor party to any one of these sexy strip joints! Maybe even hit them all in one night.
Tour Downtown Chicago
If you're beginning your bachelor party early in the day, you may want to tour some of the fun attractions and historical sites in Chicago. Our party bus can take you anywhere you want to go. You'll of course want to check out the Magnificent Mile, which includes the area between the Chicago River and Oak Street on Michigan Avenue. There are tons of places to shop and eat here. The Chicago Water Tower is also a popular destination, as is Frank Lloyd Wright's home and studio. Any sports fans will love going to see Wrigley Field. There's always the Sears Tower Skydeck (now known as Willis Tower Skydeck), or if you want to have an open air skydeck experience you can go to The Hancock Observatory which is located on the ninety fifth floor of the John Hancock Building. Creative types may want to hit The Art Institute of Chicago. There are limitless places to explore within Chicago city limits.
The Outdoorsman's Bachelor Party
If your group loves the great outdoors, why not plan the camping trip of a lifetime? You can easily fit all your camping gear and sports gear on the bus, and we can take you to a single camping destination or take you to several different sites. Try White Pines Forest State Park, Forest Glen Preserve, or Apple River Canyon State Park. If you love to hike, you can hit more trails in a single day than you ever imagined, from the trails at Bellevue State Park to the Braidwood Dunes and Savannah Loop. Plan your route well and we can take you just about anywhere you like, and pick you up at the end of your trail!
The Ultimate Chicago Sports Experience
If your group consists of sports fans, why not make it a sports themed bachelor party? You can center this around playing, watching, or both. Hit the batting cages at BASH Sports Academy, play some basketball at Foster Beach, or go hit some golf balls at the award-winning Skokie Park driving range. If your group is more the spectator type, you can catch either a Bulls basketball game or a Blackhawks hockey game at United Center, which happens to be the largest arena in the USA. You can watch the Bears play football at the renovated Soldiers Field. If you love baseball, you know that Chicago has two great teams, the Cubs and the White Sox. You can see the Cubs play at Wrigley Field, or catch the White Sox at U.S. Cellular Field. Mixing it up between watching and playing sports, and then heading out to the bars or strip clubs later on, just may be the most perfect bachelor party plan!
Dine in Style
Every guy loves a great steak, and even in the midst of all that partying, you are going to have to eat. Why not hit one of the best steakhouses in the Chicago area? You'll love the famous Gibson's Steakhouse and Morton's Steakhouse, both known for their succulent cuts of meat and world class service. N9NE is a world famous steakhouse perhaps best known for its Las Vegas location, but we've got one of our very own situated on Randolph Street, which includes a 20-foot waterfall and giant circular caviar and champagne bar. If you've got money to blow and great friends to treat to dinner, any one of these choices will provide an unforgettable bachelor party dinner... and provide a bit of a buffer for all that hard partying that you've planned for later in the evening!
A Private Resort Getaway
Don't let the women steal all the fun times at the resorts for their bachelorette parties--your friends will love a private getaway at one of Chicago's famous resorts too. Eaglewood Resort & Spa is our personal favorite. They've got golfing, fine dining, a great bar, a heated indoor pool, and even a pool table and bowling alley! In the winter you'll enjoy all the fun indoor activities, and in the summer they won't be able to get you off the green. A package spa or golf deal at Eaglewood is the ultimate gift for your best friend's bachelor party, and renting a party bus to take you there and back just makes it even more fun.
